As printers with many years of experience we accept that mistakes can happen. If we make a mistake we guarantee to either re-print your job, or refund your payment in full.
If we have laid-up your jobs, we will notify you, before printing, if we spot anything that will affect how your job will be finished. However, we cannot check the contents of the job itself. This means that we are unable to accept any responsibility for spelling or grammatical errors, or the quality of original artwork.
